Pre –Construction Anti Termite Treatment (Preventive measure at construction stage) If you are planning to construct any building for residential, office and commercial, one should think about Anti-Termite treatment first as a preventive measure. Because prevention is always better than cure. We do highly professional for this treatment. We do the treatment by type of foundation and soil condition. We do the treatment as per IS 6313 part II specifications. 1. Horizontal barrier Foundation trench treatment Top surface of soil filling in plinth @ 5 lit per sq.mt. 2. Vertical barrier Vertical backfill treatment up to 50 cm below ground level @ 7.5 lit per sq.mt Junction of wall and floor treatment @ 7.5 lit per sq.mt Exterior perimeter treatment @ 2.25 lit per linear meter or 7.5 lit per sq.mt We take special care while Treatment of soil surrounding plumbing pipes, electrical cable and conduits Post- Construction Anti Termite Treatment (Treatment for Existing buildings) We do the treatment as per IS 6313 part III specifications. External perimeter treatment (Treatment along outside of foundations) If there is a concrete or masonry apron around the building, we drill approximately 12 mm diameter holes close to the plinth wall about 300 mm apart. Chemical will be pumped in to these holes @2.25 lit per linear meter Junction of floor and wall (Treatment of soil under floors) We do drill 45◦ angle vertically 12 mm holes at the junction of floor and walls, constructional and expansion joints at 300 mm interval. Then chemical will be pumped. Wooden fixtures in contact with wall and floor (Treatment at points of contact of woodwork) All existing woodwork in the building which is in contact with the floor or wall which is infested by termite will be treated by spraying chemical. We do drill 6 mm holes at the junction of woodwork and masonry and then chemical will be pumped. Treatment of electrical fixtures will be treated with chemical powders.
